Moses is an experienced IT professional with over eight years of expertise in ICT training, web design, and development. In addition to his IT background, he has a strong history of managing local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Uganda that focus on improving the lives of underprivileged and marginalized communities in a sustainable way.
Through these organizations, he actively engages with individuals and communities to promote the use of ICT across various sectors, including education, healthcare, service delivery, rights empowerment, economic development, and skills enhancement.
