Stephen Dumba (also known as Restless Teacher) is a dedicated Ugandan ICT teacher, and WordPress community leader. He has taught digital skills since 2007 while working with learners of all ages—from young children to university students and out of school youth.
Stephen specializes in practical digital skills such as computer repair and website design (heavily using WordPress). He is recognized as a pioneer for teaching computer concepts in Luganda, making technology more accessible to local communities. Deeply involved in the WordPress ecosystem since 2018 (starting with WordCamp Kampala), Stephen actively organizes and speaks at WordCamps across East Africa. He empowers teachers and students through training, community initiatives, and efforts to bridge digital skills gaps in Uganda.
